Our pricing is typically 14% or more below other sources.
If our price isn’t lowest – or a needed item is available from direct-sell only vendors – we host the item on our platform and pass the orders through to your preferred vendor.
Then, we lock in pricing for up to a year at a time and we ONLY increase pricing if a manufacturer increases our own costs. In the last decade, this has occurred on less than 5% of our total catalog.
And our first line of defense is having OTTO constantly search for new contract or brand opportunities that insulate you. Each year, our prices DROP on up to 27% of our total catalog.
And unlike traditional suppliers or GPOS where prices are based on individual company or single group volume, we negotiate the best deals based on amalgamated national volume and share lowest possible pricing with everyone.
